Have you seen the Color Me fabric yet? I swear, it’s the coolest thing! Fabric that is designed like a colouring book. Yes, thats right, you colour it with washable or permanent fabric markers. Talk about fun!

The fabric is designed by Haley Crouse, from Welcome to the Mouse House for Michael Miller Fabrics. Definitely check out her website, she takes the cutest photos of her sweet little girl in her handmade clothes.

I’ve been making dresses and bags with the Color Me fabric for several months, but this was the first time I had the pleasure of enjoying the colouring experience with one sweet and funny little girl!

Meet Presly! Can you tell she had fun “modelling!” Yes, she picked the poses on her own! Here she is showing off the the uncoloured apron. This is how it comes when you purchase it from my Etsy Shop.

And we can’t forget about showing off the horse, of course 🙂

And now the fun begins! Presly had a blast! I have to admit, her mom and I even joined in on the fun. Now I know what all these adult colouring books are about. We used TULIP permanent fabric markers, which are also available in my shop here. If you prefer to colour your apron over and over again, then definitely try washable fabric markers. Then the fun never stops! Uh, oh…

And now for the finished product!

Not only is this apron such a fun idea, it is also reversible and the neck strap is adjustable. It is recommended to fit from about age 4 to 10, so it can be enjoyed for many years.

Make sure to start your holiday shopping early and buy yours before they sell out! Click here to purchase from my Etsy shop or message me on Facebook.

I also have a few Space and Princess Color Me bags left in my shop, check here.

Thanks for stopping in and a huge thank you to my beautiful model, Presly!

There will be some new Color Me fabric coming soon, Christmas, diggers/construction and ballerinas. What would you like to see made with them?

**Just added another pattern to my Etsy Shop – Princess Paisley Aprons – Check it out!**
