If you didn’t already know, I am a list person. I feel like I can’t say that loud enough! Lists are my life. For real. Every day I make a list. I try and make my husbands lists, but that usually doesn’t go over as well, lol. Lists help me stay focused on getting the things done that are most important because I can easily get sidetracked, especially when I pop on the gram for a few minutes…

I have lists of household things to do, daily chores, grocery lists, baking/food lists, sewing lists and well, the lists go on BUT they aren’t all “work” related things. Lists can be fun too! Last year I made a Summer Bucket List and it was a great reminder of all the fun things we wanted to do that summer. If you have a brain that never stops like mine, you think of all these great ideas, but there are so many coming and going that it’s hard to remember. Having a list of them is a great way to remember and make some of those things happen.

I’ve been seeing a lot of Fall Bucket Lists roaming around the internet, but a lot of them didn’t have activities in my area, so I thought I’d make my own!

I tried to make a fancy electronic bucket list with nice colour images, but due to technical difficulties over here I decided to go old school and sketch my own out! You can click on the image and save and print it if you’d like, or use it as inspiration to create your own!

Progress

Even thought its only officially been Fall for about a week, it’s been all the Fall feels over here for at least a month and we are well under way on getting started on your list! How about you?

The first thing I did was decorate the front porch for Fall. I stitched out my petunias for mums, picked a basket of pine/spruce cones from the local park and replaced my summer sign for our Fall one! Pretty simple and affordable! We have since added a pumpkin that a friend gave us from their farm.

Our inside decorations consist of a basket of gourds 🙂

We’ve made a few things out of pumpkin already, including my favourite pumpkin muffins, recipe from the Looneyspoons cookbook. I’ll put the link below. We make a lot of things from this book including the pizza crust, it’s a staple in our house! If you’re in the market for some cooking inspiration, I definitely recommend this book!

Also, my two dozen muffin tin is the bomb. Seriously, makes large batch cooking SO MUCH easier! I’ve linked it below!

I’ve definetly had more than my fair share of festive drinks! My favourite is a Pumpkin Spiced Latte. Click HERE for my secret recipe! A milk frother is a must! I wasn’t sure how much use I’d get out of it, but it gets a TON and I’m so happy I bought one. I’ll share the link below to the one I got.

I’ve also made a few homemade soups! Beef and barley was my most recent. If you’re looking for an easy bone broth recipe to get you started, click HERE. If you’re adventurous in the kitchen, you might want to click HERE for this super fun Halloween inspired soup!

And as for chili in a pumpkin, you can read the full blog post HERE on how we make ours! We actually now use the chili recipe from the Looneyspoons cook book below!
