I LOVE pumpkin spice, but what I love even more are super easy recipes! Ever find yourself pinning zillions of amazing looking recipes only to think that you’ll never actually get around to make them? Well I have 5 recipes for you that you NEED to try because they are seriously so easy and QUICK!

These recipes feature the ORGANIC Pumpkin Pie Spice from Splendor Garden, so it’s all ready to go in one convenient package, no more mixing a bunch of spices together! Next time I make Chilli in a Pumpkin I’m definitely going to use these spices!

Splendor Garden was started by Colleen Haussecker of Saskatchewan and all of their spices, herbs and seasoning blends are organic! Make sure to read her story HERE.

I love that each package comes with a sticker on the back so you can label your own spice jar or tin. No more unlabeled spice jars!

1. Pumpkin Spice Flavoured Coffee

This is definitely the EASIEST one! All you do is add the Pumpkin Pie Spice to your coffee grounds before brewing. Yes, it really is that easy! We added 1 tbsp to a large pot of coffee. For a smaller pot, I’d add about 1 tsp, but you can add more or less depending how strong you like it. I found these spices to be very fresh and flavourful so you don’t need to add quite as much as other spices.

Not only is this the quickest option, but it is the healthiest! Save all that milk and cream and sugar [and $5+] from your pumpkin spiced latte and enjoy this festive coffee in the morning! Make sure to check out the pumpkin spice latte recipe at the end, it’s my new favourite!

2. Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

If you’ve got a sweet tooth like me then you’re going to fall in LOVE with this! It requires a bit more time to make than the Pumpkin Spice Flavoured Coffee, but it’s totally worth it! And even then, it only took about 10 minutes. It even makes a decent size batch and keeps well in the fridge too, so you can enjoy it all week! Get the full recipe from My Organized Chaos HERE.

Seriously, it’s amazing!!!

3. Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

Pumpkin spice pancakes, maple sausage and pumpkin spiced coffee, what more could you ask for? Oh yeah, whip cream on top! My favourite pancake mix is Krusteaz from Costco (although we’ve started to make our own pancake mix now). To make pumpkin spiced pancakes I added a few tablespoons of canned pumpkin and the Splendor Garden Pumpkin Pie Spice. If it’s too thick you can add a bit of water too.

Top with whipped cream and these cute leaf sprinkles and call it a meal!

4. Pumpkin Spice Milkshake

This is amazing! Vanilla ice cream, vanilla, milk, Splendor Garden Pumpkin Pie Spice and a few scoops of canned pumpkin, topped with whipped cream and our favourite fall leaf sprinkles! Easy peasy!

5. Pumpkin Spice Latte *NEW*

Two years later and I’m updating this blog post to include my NEW FAVOURITE! I had a PSL from Starbucks the other day and I was less than impressed. It wasn’t what I remembered. It was overly sweet (and I love sweet things) and I don’t know, it just didn’t taste right so I figured I should learn to make my own. I also recently purchased a milk frother that I’m super in LOVE with so I really have no excuse not to make my own. I’ll include the link below to the frother that I have and love.

The only dilemma in making my own was I didn’t want anything too complicated. I didn’t want to have to add pumpkin because it not something I have on hand all the time and I just wanted something super easy. If it’s not easy then it’s not something I’ll do often.

THEN, I had a revelation this morning! Why not just add the delicious pumpkin pie spice (it’s the same one was above, I just moved all my spices to jars) to my milk before frothing. SERIOUSLY. SO AMAZING. SO SIMPLE. You have to try it. I added a pinch of the pumpkin pie spice to my milk BEFORE frothing so it all gets mixed in perfectly. If you add too much pumpkin spice the milk won’t froth as well though, so if you like a lot of the spice then add it to your coffee, then just froth the milk normally and add it after. We have a Kurieg machine (I know, so not environmentally friendly but for one cup of coffee it sure is convenient) and I used the smallest cup setting then added the frothed milk with spice and voila! Sooo good! If you like it sweet things, try sweetening with maple syrup. Are you drooling yet?

Behind the Scenes…

Blogging is definitely a family affair around here! This is my nephew enjoying the Pumpkin Spice Milkshake  and prior to this my husband and sister in law spent the afternoon helping and tasting all the other recipes above! We were so full, but it was all so delicious! I hope you enjoy them too! You can get your Pumpkin Pie Spice online on Amazon HERE.
